One platform that handles the full complexity of uniform retail -- from vendor feeds to embroidery tracking to group online stores.
We know a "medium shirt" is actually dozens of variants. Track every size, color, sleeve length, and logo combination automatically.
Process complex corporate orders with dozens of employees, each with different sizes and customizations, in one streamlined transaction.
Track every embroidery job and alteration from order to completion with real-time ETAs and status updates your team can actually rely on.
Beautiful, modern storefronts -- one for your business, and a distinct one for every group you serve. Built for uniforms, not a generic cart wearing your logo.
We built the integrations the other guys wouldn't -- because we work with manufacturers as partners, not as a catalog to scrape. Direct EDI and PromoStandards connections, built alongside their teams. They get better product data out of it too, which is why they keep saying yes.
An assistant that can see the report you're looking at, and alerts that come find you when something needs attention. Over 30 reports built for uniform retail -- not a generic BI tool you have to teach what a size run is.
As many groups as you want, each with its own store, its own rules, and its own automation. No per-group fee, ever -- legacy platforms bill you monthly for each one.
The handoffs that used to mean a phone call and a sticky note now just happen. One customer record, one order history, whichever door they came through.
Unlimited support and training, forever, included. Not a free first hour -- no hourly rate at all. Legacy platforms give you two hours a month and bill by the hour after that.
Cloud-native from day one. Any device with a browser, any number of people, no per-seat and no per-station fee.
If your current system started life as a DOS program, gets catalogs wrong 3 times a year, and charges you extra just to use your own payment processor... it might be time for something better.
| What you're used to | The Threadsourced way | |
|---|---|---|
| Manufacturer catalogs | Updated three times a year, with wrong prices, missing images, and discontinued items still showing up. | Feeds auto-sync continuously. Prices, images, and availability are always current -- you choose what to stock, we keep it accurate. |
| The platform itself | A web-enabled version of a program originally built for DOS. Same old limitations, just in a browser window. | Cloud-native from day one. Fast, modern, works on any device. No legacy baggage, no 30-second page reloads. |
| Online stores | Storefronts that look like 1998 called and wants its design back. No control over sorting, images, or how items display. | Modern stores for your business and a distinct one for every group. Custom pricing, real search and filtering, product pages customers actually want to use. |
| Work orders | Hand-typed embroidery tickets with no progress tracking. You manage it manually and hope nothing falls through the cracks. | Full lifecycle with routing, status updates, ETAs, and embroiderer integration. Your team and your customers always know where things stand. |
| Payment processing | Forced onto your software vendor's processor, and paying extra per store for the privilege. Switch processors? Good luck. | Bring your own and keep the rates you already negotiated. No surcharges, no lock-in, no extra fees. |
| Support & training | Two hours a month included, billed by the hour after that. No real training, and support that takes days to answer. | Unlimited support and training, forever, at no charge. 24/7 from real people who know uniform retail -- and we pick up the phone. |
| Users & devices | Paying per workstation, and again for every extra person who needs to be logged in at the same time. | Unlimited users on unlimited devices. Any browser, anywhere, with no per-seat or per-station licensing. |
Every one of these came from a retailer asking for it.

What retailers are saying
"You guys are 2025, and the other company is still the 80s."
"We were placing orders from home at night and thought, 'let's go check our inventory in Threadsourced.' It was awesome."
"Everybody says they can do something like this. Then my team watched the demo, and all of a sudden their heads went, 'okay, wait a minute.'"
"I don't see any reason why we wouldn't want to get involved with this."
"[Our old system] doesn't let you do that. They have a workaround -- they go in and do some weird black magic and make it work, but then it totally messes up your other stuff. It's ridiculous."
"Moving through the workflow, from purchase order draft to all of that -- it takes no time at all, which is fantastic."
"We don't have that feature today, and it's a little convoluted -- the consumer sees it a little weird. This just makes returns and exchanges so much easier."
"That would make things way easier -- especially when you're at a busy hospital show. The last thing you want to do is be fumbling around in menus."
"Excited for that -- just one and two percent across the board in different areas, that's going to add up to a lot."
"I can put their logo in there and make it look really professional, tailored to that company -- it makes it look super elevated, super nice, super high-end."
"I love the reporting. Honestly, I'm so glad I got in this early -- it isn't something you can look at for three days and see it all."
"I'm a new store owner, so I can just say it plainly -- the experience of going from Shopify to Threadsourced is night and day."
"A customer comes in and says 'I want what I bought' -- and doesn't know when. Look how nice this is. I have customers that go back to 2014."
"It has saved us so much time, and our special orders don't get mixed up. When a carton shows up with no hanging tags -- just a big box -- the sheets still match up to each item."
"It looks exactly like our piece of paper that I uploaded -- same font, same size, everything. Pretty amazing."
No hidden fees, no long-term contracts, no surprises. Every plan includes 24/7 support and unlimited training -- Professional is where the whole platform opens up.
For growing uniform retailers
+ $375/mo per additional store
Single-location businesses under 3 years old
Everyday support and training are unlimited and included -- you never pay by the hour to ask us a question. But when you're moving a whole store off a system you've run for twenty years, nothing beats having us standing next to you. Our premier on-site packages put our team in your store for the switch.
Simple flat fee per day, quoted up front. No hourly billing, no surprise travel charges.
Bring your own payment processor at no extra charge. Don't have one? We partner with some of the best merchant processors in the business -- you own your banking relationship, we make it work, and you get great rates.
Legacy uniform software nickel-and-dimes you for every user, every terminal, and every integration. Here's what's included with every Threadsourced plan at no extra cost.
Legacy systems charge $50-100/mo per additional user
Forced onto their processor at their rates -- or pay up to $200/mo per store to keep the one you already have
A monthly fee for the webstore, another per group, another per shop-by store -- then a cut of every online sale
With Threadsourced, your subscription includes everything. No per-user fees, no terminal charges, no module upsells.
Legacy uniform software advertises a low base price, then meters everything a real uniform business actually does -- right down to the card processor you already have.
Picture one uniform shop that also runs a mobile unit for on-site fittings at hospitals and schools. Three registers between the floor and the back office, five people who need to be logged in at once, and a group online store serving four hospital and school accounts -- about $15,000 a month in online sales. They keep the card processor they have banked with for years. And in their first month, while they import their data and train the team, they lean on support for roughly twelve hours.
Not a chain. Not an enterprise. One store, one van, and a few group accounts -- and here is what each platform bills them for it.
| What the store needs | Legacy uniform platform 1 | Threadsourced 6 |
|---|---|---|
| Core software, first location | $365/mo | $750/mo |
| Keep your own credit card processor 2 | +$200 (per store) | $0 |
| Mobile unit for on-site fittings | +$195 /mo | Included |
| 3 POS stations for 5 staff 3 | +$100 (2 × $50) | Included |
| Group online store | +$185 /mo | Included |
| 4 group stores + 1 shop-by page | +$110 /mo | Included |
| Group contracts | +$30 ($10 ea) | Included |
| A cut of every online sale 4 | +$65 (0.50%) | $0 |
| Monthly total | $1,250 | $750 |
| 12 hrs of onboarding & support in month one 5 | +$1,250 one-time | Included |
| Year one, all in | $16,250 | $9,000 |
The store that looked like it was saving $385/mo
Pays $7,250 more in year one
From one store and one van. And that gap widens every time they hire someone, add a register, open a group store, or have a good month online -- on top of $2,400 a year charged purely for keeping the credit card processor they already had. With Threadsourced, none of those move the bill.
1. Legacy figures are a competing uniform platform's published list prices as of August 2026: $365/mo base (their advertised rate -- see note 2), $195/mo per mobile location, $50/mo per additional station, $185/mo for their premium webstore, $20/mo per group, $30/mo per additional shop-by store, and $10 per contract (capped at $50/mo).
2. That $365 headline is the discounted rate for handing them your card processing -- their own asterisk reads "includes discount for UniformPay payment integration," though the undiscounted rate is never printed. Keeping the processor you already have costs $200/mo per store -- one store here, so $200. Threadsourced never charges you extra for using your own processor, and if you'd rather not source one yourself, we partner with some of the best merchant processors in the business -- you own the banking relationship either way, at the same subscription price.
3. Legacy platforms meter concurrent access by station, not by named user -- every register and back-office machine signed in at the same time is another $50/mo. Threadsourced counts neither stations nor users.
4. Their online-sales fee is 0.50% on monthly volume above the first $2,000 on their own webstore, and 1.00% if you run your store on a third-party platform. At $15,000/mo that's $65/mo, or $780/yr, purely for making sales. Threadsourced takes no percentage of your revenue -- ever.
5. Their plans include 2 support hours per month; beyond that it's $150/hr or $250 per 2-hour block. Twelve hours in your first month is 10 chargeable hours, billed at the better block rate. Threadsourced includes live onboarding, unlimited personalized training, and 24/7 support at every plan level.
6. Threadsourced figures are the Professional plan: $750/mo including your first store, $375/mo per additional store. Mobile, pop-up, and show stores don't count as additional stores.
Straight answers to the things uniform retailers actually ask us.
La mayoría del software para tiendas de uniformes se escribe en inglés y después se traduce a medias. Threadsourced se construyó en dos idiomas desde el principio: cada pantalla, cada reporte, cada correo que recibe su cliente.
Threadsourced runs fully in Spanish — every screen, report, and customer-facing email — with per-user language, local currency, and Spanish-speaking support.
From payment processors to shipping carriers to your accounting software -- Threadsourced integrates with the tools your business depends on.
